Admission process with personalized guidance

Step 1

First contact and academic orientation

Start the process by completing the application form. Within an approximate period of 24 hours, an academic advisor will contact you to find out about your experience, your professional interests and help you identify the program that best suits your profile and your objectives.

Step 2

Sending documentation

Once the program has been defined, we will request the necessary documentation to evaluate your candidacy academically and professionally: 

  • Copy of the university degree (front and back). 
  • Identity document or passport (front and back). 
  • Updated resume
Step 3

Academic interview by videoconference

You will complete a brief online interview with an academic advisor. During this interview two key aspects will be addressed: 

  • How the program can contribute to your professional development and the impact you want to generate in your environment or country.
  • What are the two qualities that best define you as a professional.

This interview is part of the evaluation process and reinforces the academic, rigorous and selective nature of our programs.

Step 4

Candidacy evaluation

After the interview and receipt of the documentation, our academic team will evaluate your candidacy. Since places and scholarships are limited, this process allows us guarantee the quality, diversity and level of the students

Step 5

Communication of admission and reservation of place

Within an approximate period of 24 hours After the interview, you will receive a call with the result of the process. In case of admission, you will also be informed of the possible award of a scholarship and the options available for reserving a place. 

Step 6

Formalization of registration

To formalize registration it will be necessary: 

  • Have sent and validated all academic documentation. 
  • Complete the corresponding legal documentation, in the case of programs in a university agreement. 
  • Confirm the chosen payment method. 

Once these steps are completed, you will receive your virtual campus access credentials before the start of your training.

It includes personalized orientation, admission interview and support throughout the entire process until formalization of registration.

Online admission process

Direct online registration on the Strcuturalia website. All programs allow you to start registration directly through our website, online. In these cases, the academic team subsequently validates the documentation and the candidate's profile.

Frequently asked questions about the admission process

Is it mandatory to take the admission interview?

The admission interview is only mandatory in the case of scholarships managed in collaboration with the Organization of American States (OAS). 

In the rest of the cases, admission can be carried out through the online process or with personalized guidance, without the interview being necessarily a mandatory requirement.

How long does the admission process take?

The admission process at Structuralia lasts approximately between 3 and 5 business days, from the beginning of the process to the communication of the result, provided that all the required documentation has been correctly provided. 

How long does it take to contact me if I have completed the online admission process?

If you carry out the admission process online, the Structuralia team will contact you within 24 hours to validate the information and, if necessary, complete the process.

What is the registration process like?

Once admission has been communicated, the registration process is formalized after: 

  • Validation of academic and personal documentation. 
  • Confirmation of the chosen program. 
  • The definition of the payment or financing method, if applicable. 

In programs with university agreements, it may be necessary to complete additional documentation required by the collaborating university. After completing these steps, the student receives their access credentials to the virtual campus before the start of the program. 

Do I need to have a previous qualification to access?

It depends on the program and the collaborating university with which the training is taken. 

  • In the programs with UCAM and UTAMED it is necessary to have a previous university degree. 
  • In the programs taught in collaboration with UDAVINCI, it is possible to access through the validation of professional experience, as long as this is evaluated and validated during the admission process. 

The academic team reviews each application to determine the most appropriate access route according to the student's profile. 

What are the access requirements to the programs?

Access requirements vary depending on the collaborating university and the program. 

In general, during the admission process academic and personal documentation is requested, which may include: 

  • University degree or equivalent accreditation. 
  • Identity document or passport. 
  • Updated resume. 

Each university establishes its own criteria and specific documentation, which are reviewed and validated during the admission process. 

What happens if I don't yet have a physical university degree?

If you do not yet have a physical university degree, you can present an official certificate of completion of studies, provided that: 

  • Prove that you have completed the degree. 
  • Include payment of title issuance fees. 
  • Have an issue date of less than one year.
