Quality Policy

The Directorate of STRUCTURALIA, aware of the importance of satisfying the needs and expectations of its customers for the company, will dedicate the necessary resources to achieve these goals in the following activities:

✔ Design, development and delivery of training actions in the modalities: online and tailored for: Master Programs, Higher and Expert Courses, and short courses
duration, own or in collaboration with Universities and public-private companies, or for third parties. Technical assistance and custom development of e-learning platforms.

To this end, it establishes a Quality System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard, structured around this Quality Policy and supported by the following principles:

✔ Quality is a strategic element for the operation of STRUCTURALIA.

✔ There is a firm commitment that our activity is carried out in accordance with the established legal and regulatory requirements, both in Spain and in the rest of the countries where we work. To this end, an Anti-Corruption Policy has been established that supports our commitment to ethics and professionalism.

✔ STRUCTURALIA, its subsidiaries and its business units will not engage in any form of corruption or bribery. Neither we nor any third party acting on our behalf will make an improper payment to another party to obtain any type of benefit.

✔ We are committed to understanding the current and future needs of our
students, satisfy their requirements and make an effort to exceed their expectations.

✔ We will continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality System, fostering relationships with our clients.

✔ We will communicate the commitments acquired to quality to all our employees, and we will create the appropriate work environment so that staff are involved in achieving the organization's objectives.

Through this policy we provide a framework for establishing and reviewing the organization's objectives.
